We know the café is not opened yet but this is not a reason not to start preparing for it.
As you might guess from the photo of the “saucisses de campagne” and the Lonzo style ham, the café will be serving European food with a strong french influence. We already are stocking dried-cured sausages as they take some time to be perfectly dried. We will also have, later on, selected cheeses, more locally made saucisson, homemade smoked fish freshly caught by the local fishermen, different kinds of bread as well as some wine.
Now the challenge is to not eat it all before the opening because you know, this is very very tasty.
